Flower-Filled Home Shoot

A simple indoor photo session, overflowing with florals —

Truly, all this shoot came down to was a bunch of flowers and a wonderful model. I was lucky enough to pick up this bouquet and flower crown from a florist in a last-minute Instagram sale — I had always wanted to style a look with a floral crown, and this matching set was a dreamy combination that I never could have dreamed up myself. This fantastic floral find coincided perfectly with my shoot day with Sonora, who is one of my favorite models I’ve ever worked with in Portland. As it was a chilly March morning in the Pacific Northwest, I prettied up my apartment and we created a really simple, yet flamboyant floral at-home session with a simple vintage chair and casual styling.
