99% of the things I share are my very favorites from each concept — here, I wanted to share a "failure" by any regular metric — my first test roll on my first super 8 camera taken in 2023.

I've been debating with myself whether or not to share this — the entire thing is out of focus, there's a significant parallax error in some close-ups, and the camera itself failed after only a minute or two. and yet, I still find it beautiful and even a bit ethereal. I ultimately decided to share this because I don't actually think it's a failure at all — I learned a lot from this and I think that's all I can ever ask for.
