Ethereal Leach Botanical Garden Wedding

It is one of the greatest honors to be chosen as a fellow photographer’s wedding photographer.

I met Hanan and Kayla earlier this year, after they had had to postpone their wedding from 2020 to 2021. From the moment I met these two and started learning about their story, I was all-in. Much like myself and my husband, they’re teenage sweethearts and have known each other half their lives. They grew up dancing together, and have been growing together ever since. They were very in-sync on what was important to them about their wedding — they wanted to wait to be able to celebrate this next step in their lives with their family and close friends, within a beautiful garden venue — and that’s just what they got.

Every detail was absolutely perfect — everyone was dressed immaculately in accordance with their garden theme, and pink and white floral details were everywhere the eye could see, including in the fabric of Hanan’s bowtie and on the cake. Kayla wore one of my favorite dresses I’ve ever seen — you don’t see too many long-sleeved, high-neckline dresses these days!

I feel very lucky to have found two friends in this couple, and I can’t wait to see how their journey unfolds further.
